Shipping Policy
Online Orders Require a Minimum Age:
Customers must be at least 18 years old to make an online purchase. Upon receipt, a valid picture ID from the government is needed. Refunds will not be issued for orders that are returned by Canada Post as a result of failed age verification.
Methods of Payment That We Accept:
When you shop with us online, you may pay with American Express, Visa, Mastercard, or E-Transfer.
Service for Local Delivery:
If your purchase total is $40 or more before taxes, you may take advantage of same-day local delivery in Calgary for only $10. Delivery is free on orders that exceed $100. Once the money is confirmed via an electronic transfer, drivers will be deployed. At delivery, you must provide proof of age (18+).
Time Required to Fulfill Your Order:
In most cases, orders are completed within one or two business days. There can be a little holdup for orders placed on weekends or holidays. The next working day will be used to handle orders submitted after 3pm.
Where I Ship From:
Our grande prairie Canada location in Alberta is the one from which all items are dispatched.
Tracking Your Order:
We will provide you a tracking number for your item once it has been sent.
Determining the Cost of Shipping:
At checkout, your shipping charges will be automatically computed according to the kind of shipment, the weight, and your location. Shipping inside Canada is free for purchases over $100 CDN (before tax), with a flat fee of $20 for orders under $40 and $10 for goods above $40 (before tax).
Shipment Worldwide:
Because of rules and restrictions, we can only ship inside certain provinces in Canada. At this time, we are unable to ship to the provinces of Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, or British Columbia.
Transport Companies:
All of our shipments are sent by Canada Post.

We are unable to take orders or payments by phone at this time. Get in touch with us by phone or email if you have any questions, but remember to make your purchases online.

Your Right to a Refund:
We provide a 14-day manufacturer fault warranty on all of our electronic equipment, including e-cigarettes and herbal vaporizers. You are required to test all disposable vaping goods before they leave the shop. If a device is found to be malfunctioning, a replacement will be offered before you leave. Send faulty items back to our shop together with the original receipt and packing.
Repairing Damaged Orders:
If there is any physical damage to your product upon arrival, please contact us via email without delay. To get help, just take a picture of the broken item and provide your purchase number.
