Here at Canada Vape Store, we are so confident in the high quality of our goods that we provide a quality guarantee. A fourteen-day manufacturer fault guarantee is in effect for all electronic devices, e-cigarettes, and herbal vaporizers, beginning on the day your purchase is delivered. Make sure you have the original packaging, all of the contents, and the receipt in order to begin the return process. Send an email to prabhjeet056@gmail.com or stop by the shop with video or photos showing any damage.
The expense of returning the item is on you, but we'll pay to have a replacement sent out. We promise to send you a replacement as soon as we get the faulty item.
Keep in mind that this warranty only covers issues caused by the manufacturer and does not cover situations where you simply change your mind about buying the goods.
All disposable vape items are thoroughly tested in-store before they are sold. Make sure to inform us right away if you run into any problems so we can arrange for a replacement. The disposable gadget will be considered sold and no longer replaced once it has left our facility.
